What areas are around UCF?

I'm trying to find a job before I move to Orlando officially,but I need to know what areas are close to the UCF area. I'll be living in Knight's Circle (previously Pegasus Landing or Pegusus Pointe). On criagslist,I see areas such as Winter Park,Oviedo,Altamonte,etc. I don't want to travel more than 30 min. Also,which mall is closest to UCF?lol Thanks :)
