Walt Disney World Proposal Help, Please?

I am traveling with my girlfriend and her family to Disney World in the end of July and early August of 2011. I plan on proposing to my girlfriend while on vacation; however, I have never been to Disney World before and do not know many of my options. In addition, she kind of suspects/expects that I will be proposing, so I want to make it as surprising as I possibly can. Can anyone offer me any suggestions? I have considered Cinderella's Table, Under water at EPCOT, and Sunset Point . . . I just want to hear of other suggestions, if possible. Thanks
