Can I have some help with talking to this girl?

I am not intimidated while getting into staring contests with this attractive girl at Walt Disney World, I am a local. But when it comes to talking to her which has not happened beyond "Hi, how are you?", I tend to freeze up and forget my thoughts mid sentence. I need some advice on how to initiate a longer conversation and keep it going, and possibly get over freezing up.
