Should i practice my throws everyday?

i have this football called a "passback football" when you throw it against a brick wall it come back at you. i throw it 1000 times against a brick wall (not joking,i keep track with this counting app on my ipod) at this basketball court. its a really good workout but is it like weight lifting where i have to do it every other day? i could do it everyday if i wanted to but i dont know if its bad to do it everyday or not
