How should I go about becoming a concept artist for Walt Disney's Animation Studios/Pixar?

Hi, I'm a senior in high school and have loved Disney for as long as I can remember. Recently I realized that becoming a concept artist for Walt Disney Animation Studios/Pixar would be my absolute dream career. I've tried researching majors and courses and universities/cal states to help me achieve this dream of mine, but I can't seem to get a definite answer. I know it is important to create contacts with the people in the field you want to get in to, but there seems to be no way for me to contact anyone from Disney to ask them my questions. Can anyone help me understand what major I should pursue and what college is best for me to go about mastering concept art? If you can even help me gain contact with anyone in Disney that can give me some advice, that'd be most appreciated! I thank you all with all my heart! :)
