Best digital camera for trip?

I am going to Walt Disney World with my boyfriend in the fall. i would like to buy a good camera so we can take some really nice pictures of our vacation. I would like it to be able to take pics of the parades and fireworks as well. That won't use batteries (able to charge it up) and not too big and heavy. also don't wanna spend more then $200. what is the best camera in my price range
